If there was a power outage, then you can't have teh electric Guitar, can't have the Bass...
all you got left is pretty much vocals, and drums....

I'm 43. Have you seen Bob Marley play live? Have you seen Nico sing "All Tommorrow's Parties"? How about Stevie Ray Vaughan? The Police? Radio Birdman? Cold Chisel? AC/DC with Bonn Scott? INXS when they were teenagers? I have. I started seeing live bands in pubs and clubs in 1977 (I was 15 - regularly drove drunk and stoned/speeding/smacked-out/coked-up/tripping too - usually at the same time). I went to my first two 'music festivals' (proto-raves) in that same year. Only permed, balding dorks in polyester safari suits went to discos. I was into punk, new wave and synth-pop. I didn't start nightclubbing until 1980, when disco was dead and buried. I was painted green and tripping at a dance party on a roof in Kings Cross on the night that John Lennon died. I was clubbing when the original "time after time" and "relax" were hot. I was clubbing when Michael Jackson was black. I was clubbing when Madonna was a hot young thing. I was clubbing when Bananarama was hot (they were so gorgeous :stongue: ) I went clubbing in pastels and pink socks, with my collar turned up.

Peach I'm sorry but you're changing your first inquiry which was: "So what are these good drugs"? not "all the best drugs were invented in the USA" I answered your first question but I would agree with you that the majority of drug synthesis is not in the USA. But Acid, Speed, and Coke are all designer drugs too.

Getting OT... but designer drugs are those that were created to mimic the effects of existing illegal drugs. Laws making acid illegal, for example, specified the offending substance by its molecular structure. Making a slight change to the chemical composition of your product would therefore make it legal. Hence these three are not designer drugs. |

What are you bitching about? I clearly said that Sasha & Digweed are probably the most intelligent djs out there, and they don't play trance.
