| Yeah it takes a lil getting used to...but I do it at a moderate pace (8min a mile), I just pump up some NU NRG and I am good to go. I also vary the speeds which keeps it interesting, as a song picks up I go faster, etc. |

| I couldn't run 5miles, not because I physically couldn't do it but because the idea of running makes me ill. Ironic coming from the Kenyan girl :haha: a country full of damn good marathon runners. |
