yeah this boi was surely MULTITASKING, i would look over from the machine that i was working on from time to time and see him GOING at it on the Blackberry, turbo-texting. :haha: i remember thinking, "eheh wow this person MUST be worth chatting with!!" :)
Managed to do 700 crunches, did a good arm/shoulders/back routine, and ran an ok amount on the treadmill overall -- not as much as I would have preferred. BUT this *is* my 4th day this week (3rd consecutive day) so I am going to cut myself some slack. Ate tofu and veggies for dinner :)
Tomorrow will probably changeup my workout and attempt different machines/routines. we will most likely go, as we DO have the entire weekend to recover. =) |

hahah I do that too. I walk/jog on the treadmill while on aim on my sidekick :D The bike and treadmills we have are great, they have a little deask area in front to leave a book or magazine and a little caddy for your ipod and a water bottle etc.
Ive been eating grapefruits for breakfast this week instead of the usual bacon, egg, and cheese. I need to find something else to alrternate it with because if I have something too many days in a row i tend to get sick of it and go back to my old ways. |

-yogart, granola and fruit (blueberries, strawberries, or whatever)
-unflavored oatmeal (1/3 cup)
-two slices wheat bread with light butter or no butter with a touch of jam
accompany any of the three breakfasts with a large tea/coffee and you should be full. going from a hearty breakfast to grapefruit won't be filling. also it's not good for you to eat eggs everyday imo max 3 times a week. |

Wai, thats a good nutritious Breakfast! man i wish i had time to eat that much. My stomach is wayyyyy too sensitive in the morning :(
Totally on board about the Oatmeal, i take mine with 1% milk for calcium. I eat the instant flavored packets at work. Sometimes i take Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast instead or as a snack throughout the day esp during the mid-afternoon. its really yummmers :tongue2 Oat bran - awesome fiber, VERY incredibly healthful and it really does fill you up.
Berries are probably amongst the best thing you CAN eat and they are soo flavorful!!! yum! I would definitely skip the grapefruit.
I usually take some coffee or green tea as a midmorning drink afterwards to tie me over to lunch. The latter possesses madd antioxidants and it may rev up your metabolism/keep fat at bay.
Eggs are okay esp. when they are egg whites. Just remember the more cooked they are, the more cholesterol they possess. I dont eat much eggs to begin with but if i do i eat them sunnyside up. shruggs im hoping that makes a difference. hms |

Yep sunnyside is my fav and I usually just dip my toast in it :D
Not a big fan of oatmeal but I am willing to eat yogurt and cereals.
Yogurs is probably better because I don't eat my breakfast until I get to work so If I had cereal I would have to bring a bowl and milk etc |

those are three different breakfasts, that's way too much food to eat at once at least for me in the morning... |

Nope they only supply that powder creamer . People here buy their own milk and keep it in the fridge. I've tried to bring my own before but even if I put my name on it other people use it for their coffee without asking so I walk in to find a practially empty container in the fridge. I don't drink coffee so that has never been a problem for me but if I bring cereal and find out someone drank all my milk I'm gonna be pissed. |
