protein def helps recovery, it helps rebuild the muscle faster after its torn. However, it makes you really gassy, could be a good or bad thing depending on what you goal is.

How is everybody doing? I started going to the gym twice a day this week lol. It's gotten to the point where I'll do anything to gain weight (anything but roids.) I haven't been taking any supplements besides my protein shakes so I decided to oder a cycle of creatine. Hopefully that and the double work outs will produce some results! :whip:

^ i always wonder how ppl find time to hit the gym twice a day?! :eyes: :o i think if i were single, i would find time, but i cant wait to be home with michi i guess :)
i was doing better but now i'm just holding down the fort with regards to weight gain/loss... living with michi is not easy food-wise.. he can eat anything and he loooves to bake desserts! (and i love to bake with him, chocolate makes this guy ridiculously happy!) but i bike everywhere i go in berlin and i go to the gym 3-4 times a week. while i was in italy in january, i got crazy and started going like 5 times a week, it was SO great. but then again i lived by myself and didn't have many friends lol so yea, i found the time no problem! :p
btw brian, im home in nj for 2 weeks and i was surfing thru my cell phone pics and saw one of you and michi at rhode kill last year, sooo hilarious! i should send you it!! :stongue: :toothless :toothless

damn i had no idea you moved to belin with michi....that's awesome babe! hope you guys are doing good. id love to see that pic......gosh that weekend was insane to say the least. hit me up.... maybe we can get together while you are home.
my gym is right around the corner from work so i work out one hour before work and another hour after work. it actually works out pretty nice. i don't waste anytime at the gym so im in and out in an hour max. im like michi and can pretty much eat anything i want so i only do cardio a few times a week. :p

:) very excited....I am within 5 pounds of my original goal weight so I am going to bump it up another 10. so I have about 15 pounds to go now. Not coming off as quick but still so excited about my progress :)
tried on a bathing suit the other day and felt good in it :)
still just continuing my healthier diet and being more active. hope to add some more outdoor work outs if it would stay warm for more then 2 days :)

...i wish i could workout twice a day. i can barely do my steady 5 days a week because i hurt myself and i'm scared of making it worse.
