| i agree you boys are way too worried about how you look...once you stop worring about how you look and concentrate on being healthy and strong what you want to get rid of will go away. personally all i care about is being in good shape. |

Doing coke isnt going to make you lose weight, doing coke suppresses your appetite for the time, so it would only help someone like me, who after boozing it up all night, goes and hits up a late night meal when wasted at 4am.
Give yourself 3 months before you really start to notice a huge difference, and if you are eating right, and working out, you will notice a difference. To stay with the thread, I'm working out 5 nights a week and staying 2000 calories or less per day until WMC. |

WMC now that is motivation enough to make me want to hit the gym 7 days a week :) |

omg tell me about it. not to mention the c-c-c--c-c-cold. i know this sounds so weak of me. :( boo. haha. well i can indulge myself but not for too long...
actually i thought of going back to the gym over the weekend at least once or twice since it is a 3 day weekend and im staying local. My face unfortunately looks roundish again (at least from pics that were taken last weekend and i was bummed :( ) and yes i was sick all last month but meh i still hate being out of shape and out of routine :( booo. |
