| ^^^it's really not as much as it looks, just hits every muscle group in the lower body at least once. upper body days are longer than lower body days though...i fancy myself to be pretty strong for my size. |

^^Its really not that serious. Wai has a great body and thats why. If you think about what she does in a gym, that is technically what you are supposed to do (mix up the full-body workout and cardio).
I do very similar exercises, but only in 2 sets because I just dont have the time to do three!! I have to admit tho, I do the typical lunges and other exercises that wai mentioned, I dont use the ball yet. That it touggggh!!! I actually concentrate more on the upper body/midsection as well (twice a week as opposed to once a week lower body)....my upper body workouts are pretty challenging...I used the format that my old trainer gave me :)
I do about 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight/strength training. FINALLY starting to lose weight sloooowly. 5 lbs later............... lol it doesnt work for me as fast as everyone else but I havent given up!! |

So im on my 4th week at the gym and doing good.
What annoyed me today, my friend took a pic of me from his cell while i was getting slapped with a pancake (lol) and i got depressed from seeing how fat my face still is. It just annoying to me that losing weight is such a long process. Im to the point where i would gladly go on a coke train just to lose the fat. |

bro i got the same problem
i got a chubby face, but my body is normal
all the weight goes to my face i dunno wtf it is
dont give up tho and dont go to drugs
alot of worse problems will come out of it |

lol the pancake thing is hilarious. I feel you on the losing weight thing!! As I mentioned, I am even using an old routine that a trainer gave me, and its just NOW starting to work after 3-4 months in the gym!! :(
btw you look fine, and andrew, everyone knows you have a gorgeous stomach....dont MAKE me bust out a picture!!! You boys and your complaining....you are worse than the girls!!! LOL :whip: :rolleyes: :D |

lol nah iam not complaning i just wish my weight wouldnt go to my face
iam pretty happy about my body
ive been eatting good, i havent had a drink since jan 1st
i try to add more cardio into my workouts
i just hate the winter and being indoors cause all you do is sit around
durin the summer i was at the beach or riding my bike on my days off |

yeah I know how it is, sometimes you just dont wanna go. I have to admit this is my first week that I havent had a single work out by wednesday. I have a pretty solid excuse tho: toronto KICKED MY ASS!!!! omg i have been soooo tired since I got back :( :( |

I wasnt talking about what you said, I was talking about the workout wai spoke about. Its a typical workout to do weights and cardio. Chill with the EYES mere. |
