I stopped going to the gym ever since I sprained my ankle but it's definetly time to go back. In addition I have changed my breakfasts from bacon egg and cheese to Cherrios. For lunch I have the weight watchers smart ones frozen entree's. And dinner I am not too sure about yet, may be a salad. My gym partner just got back from Poland so this week we start again about 3-5 days per week for an hour per day.

that's a great start.....try special K, it's a good healthy cereal.

i'm doing doubles now a days

lift in the morning and running by the hudson after work...

in the gym 4-5x per week, sometimes 6 since my sat/sun mornings are lovely!

well for me going to the gym isn't about looking "good" (whatever one's interpretation of good is) as much as feeling healthy so you are still my hero.
