Thats actually a much better idea then the one I had. I doubt anyone would touch a thermos.

My plan was to leave the milk in there and put some green food coloring in it so whoever poured it ed up their coffee. Serves them right for taking something that didn't belong to them and it wouldn't harm them since its only food coloring :p Then I would probably hear a chorus of EWWW coming from the coffee area and find out who it was.

your idea is great iam deff gonna do that to someone

at my old job this guy was telling me once that there used to be a person who would eat peoples leftovers and food that was not his
so this one guy got a nice footlong hero and he told them to put lots of shreaded lettuce, under all that lettuce the guy put a mouse trap and he put it in the fridge and left it there
about a day later he was in the other room and all of a sudden heard "SNAP!!!" and heard a scream lol
i though that was one of the funniest things ever i wish i would have seen it

man im soo hungry right now, had oatmeal, cheerios, a coffee, madd cups of tea, chicken breast and celery so far today. going to get microwave (light) popcorn and a BIG ASS cup of green tea right now. midday slump meh.

thank god i am going to the gym tonight...

me too :( I have to wait a solid 2 hours before putting anything in my mouth. My fav is plain yogurt with granola and blueberries. I have it like 3 times a week :) Or maybe branflakes with chopped up banana and a drizzle of honey.........yummmmyyyy :)

So how is everyone doing? its almost bathing suit season :eek:

Since I have started I have lost about 30 pounds through diet and exercise. I just recently moved the walk/run from the gym to outside. I am really loving it.

I've actually been training the last month for the LI Half Marathon...about one more month to go, race is May 4th, but I'd like to try and do well for my age group.

I've hit a massive plateau. I have not gained a pound in weeks. Today I started new routine that involves more core training than before. Gonna start doing some serious squat exercises......your body stores lots of testosterone in the quads. Hopefully this plus some adjustments to the diet will help me put on some weight! :clown:

Are you talking about Marcum & Kliegman at Jones Beach? If so I do it every year for the past 4 years and I will be there again this year.

Yup, bathing suit seasons a-coming...there's still time to get in shape. I dunno tho this year is soo not working with me on this!! Lolz

I wish I could say I've been steadily keeping up my routine this year. I have been somewhat sick/under the weather for one reason or another it just baffles me! Finally tried to get back into exercising once I felt better (4x a week as of midFeb) for 2-3 weeks straight, went to San Diego - felt totally healthy and GREAT there! Then 2 days after I come back I am congested and feel offbalance (due to sinuses) not to mention fatigued a lot of the time :( I still am recovering from that. I don't think its allergies tho. Just trying to eat as well as I can and get the essential vitamins to help me along the way. Its def a process...meh.

I do hope to get back to the gym/get some exercise in this weekend though. I miss the adrenaline rush I get the day after a good workout :( its also nice that the weather is steadily improving; that should also help with motivation and optimism :tongue2

Mere: I just love your idea of exercising outdoors and I hope to start doing that too eventually.

there's nothing wrong with eating eggs daily as long as you're not eating the yolk.

Egg whites is quite good for you, it's just really easy to get sick of them :D
