believe me it's about living healthy so i appreciate the compliment or role model status but as sad as this is, it's probably the first time in my life that i can see my abs, now i just gotta work extra hard and toning it up, dropping my bmi down to a managable level (somewhere bet 17-20%) and i'll be ultra happy!

yes i am psycho!

Does anyone know of any nice indoor pools I could join to do laps? and no I am not looking for NYSC or Crunch!! I need something for a poor person's budget.

Thanks :)

BMI isn't measured in percentage terms. ;)

Abs are all about your diet. I do 700+ situps/crunches/lifts a week and i still don't have the six (although i'm pretty close). The friggin' pizza is killing me.

I don't make this up. Its a number based on the ratio of your weight and height. The formula is your weight(measure in KG) divided by your weight squared (measured in meters) or (Kg) / (M)^2

I love swimming. Try some local College's, they usually memberships or YMCA/YWCA. Or hmmm let's find a TA with a pool and invite ourselves over ;) :D
