Well...I am back on my ephedra. This time I got a 8 month supply so I wont have to source it or reorder for a while. I've been getting so much done at work it's rediculous. I just started again 3 days ago so nothing to post yet results wise.

Today I went on a power walk for lunch with my co-worker and her dog. We are going to be doing that for the next few weeks or so instead of the gym because her hubby is away in Europe and no one else is there to check on the doggy.

Oh by the way is it olong? I have something called Wu Long slimming tea, not sure if thats the same thing? :conf:

today i woke up
ate a egg white and smoked salmon omlet with some whole wheat toast and a orange
went to the gym burned like 200 calories on the eliptical machine
did some shoulders and bicepts
ate a salad and protein bar for lunch
gonna make chicken burgers for dinner soon

iam starting to get my gym mojo back
its almost time for the beach :D

sounds tasty...i'm eating some healthy african food for dinner. i would say what it is but nobody would get it.

question for all you party ppl. how do you balance your sleep schedule from waking up early and working out to partying out late at night on the weekends?

the key is working out during the week, dragging yourself to the gym AFTER a party isn't my idea of a good time...also you have to take naps before you go out. like this friday i know i'm going out so i'm going to not workout that day in exchange for sunday leave work at a decent time and get home at 6, do absolutely nothing for an hour then try to sleep for like two hours. those naps works WONDERS!

That was the "final test" after working out for months. That wasn't all they did to get in shape - what the actual workouts were, i don't think anyone knows.
