^^maybe thats my problem.....I havent seen a lick of results, except for the fact that I FEEL 10x's better. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE feeling more healthy, but I WOULD like to look in the mirror or put on a pair of pants and be happy about the results (I refuse to weigh myself!!)

My diet has been GREAT for months and my routine is consistent and even DIFFERENT to make sure I am not peaking on something. Brian is 100% right: I think I would get over the boredom if I could see a muscle or two....or see my pants getting looser, or SOMETHING.

Lol^^ Right now I am using the steamroom/sauna as my motivation to go....I tell myself that if I work out for over an hour I can hit up the relaxing parts of the gym :)

btw: wai goes with me on weekends and it def helps. We are both fans of NOT having conversations, tho. Its just a distraction, and personally I get much more motivated by good beats than chit-chatting (although we do get into serious talks in the steamroom!! lol)

boredom at the gym sucks...i've been steadily working out for years and honestly it happens a lot. I completely change what I do every ~3 months and make tiny adjustments throughout that time. It takes a while to see results sometimes but if you feel it that's key. Personally I love making adjustments and being sore the next day. Throw in a new activity, whenever I haven't played tennis in a while and throw that back into the mix my sides hurt like a bitch and I try to throw in some exercises that will make me better at that. Maybe compete against yourself. Competition is a real motivator...as is the sauna ;)

eating once a day is bad for you. when you eat once you body is desperate for what you give it and saves what it can as fat so you can use throughout the course of the day for energy. it is best to eat ~5 meals a day because that keeps your metabolism going and as long as you are eating well you should lose weight.

tru story, girl!! I do better eating smaller meals throughout the day than starving myself and eating once.

Went back to the gym yesterday after about 5 months of a break. Not as bad as i thought its gonna be. The only thing i changed is i went from abs to weight lifting to cardio, to weight lifting>abs>cardio.

Ive been on the pills that Euphoria recommended and they do work. My appetite went down, gives me a rush of energy and i might have dropped few pounds...Pills+Gym=im gonna look good this summer.

do you do crunches? they do help firm up fast...and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day maybe its bloat you need to rid urself of

...yes frequent smaller nutritious meals/snacks do help, your body burns those more efficiently. also your meal shouldnt be TOO late in the evening (unless its right after the gym so that your metabolism is amped enough to burn it off). when I don't exercise I try to make my last meal before 730pm.

holy f*ck is that for real???? damns i wonder how many calories does a burger from a NYC joint has then...:nervous:

hmm time to do some RESEARCH. i do like a burger once in a blue moon altho im trying to stick to turkey burgers (esp from Jackson Hole). id like to think i can STIL eat those =( meh if their turkey burgers are also 7000 calories oh man!!!!! :(
NONO!

I was being sarcastic as always.

lol.

I'm just saying when you go to McDonalds and see the calories ontop of the price.. you'll def have a change in mind. It's 500 calories.. which is still a ton!

^^ i figured u were being sarcastic so i deleted it hahaha  :tongue2: :toothless:

hmm maybe one of those HARDEES superburgers would be 7000 though. super heart attack waiting to happen...

sorry...it just SEEMED realistic for ONE TINEE WEENIE second...ahahha melly now im just plain cracking up. anyway a BIG MAC is 576 calories but it DOES have 32grams of fat?12 saturated (and this is WITHOUT CHEESE) way too much for me fo sho.

Hey what pills did Euphoria recommend??

I take

Which are really good and bad. Prob the closest thing to Ephedra on the market.

If I take it at 3 pm.. I won't fall asleep till 3 am. I also can't take them everyday. My pack is almost done and a little old so when I go back home, I'm buying a BRAND NEW PACK! :)

actually doesn't really matter when you eat at night. the only thing that matters is how many calories you ingest in a day.
