Funny thing was when this indian lady was making this black guy a sandwich and hes like, "Hey, dat dont look like that mofo sub in the picture u got up there. I need me a real Sammich." :p If i get subway, I order they cant jip me on, like Tuna or Oven Roasted Chicken. :toothless

They are the worst hahah I prefer Quizno's or Panera bread over any sandwich place. Actually Quizno's is even lacking lately. But for better quality you obviously have to pay more.

But at the same time, thats prob. what does ppl in. The fact that u need more meat in a sandwich and it fills you up is not so great. I guess thats why Subway is nutritionally balanced. Doesnt fill you up but ure not as hungry either. Its like they keep u in the inbetween zone. Allthough now, they have a double stack menu so you pay a little extra and get double the meat. But something tells me ure ass will double in size along with it in no time. :p

nah double the meat ant bad if its like turkey or ham
they got this new thing out called the feast or something?
i had it once i felt myself gettin fatter lol
unless you were stranded on a distant island somewhere for a few months and came back and were starving and needed to eat
i dont recommend this sandwich lol

I would prefer eating more meat that it less processed elsewhere on a wrap or something than be stuffed full of bread with very little meat that is extremely processed. It doesn't seem very balanced to me :P I don't even like meat that much to begin with but the amount they consider passable is ridiculous. Don't even get me started with the cheese... It's not even a full slice, its a slice cut in half. (Now you have found my real weakness.. Cheese! I can't get enough of the stuff)

If I actually ate right and started taking about 180-200 grams of protein a day I think I would be a lot father along than I am right now.

Doesn't Wendys have somewhat healthful choices? Just stay away from the burgers/value meals (i admit I find that new Jalapeno Cheeseburger VERY VERY tempting :nervous: ...but the ground beef recall totally scared me off ALL beef burgers). It was easy for me to stop eating McDs, their food tastes exactly like they've been left under dry heat lamps for extended periods of time...after awhile u will wonder why u even ate there in the first place lol

packing lunches *is* definitely the best way to maintain one's diet, buying prepackaged salad veggies, chicken breast, sliced ham, turkey, and cheese in bulk has made it incredibly easy for me to pack salads/make lunch on a daily basis. i try to prepare it a day or two beforehand to cut down on preparation time.
