I take
Which are really good and bad. Prob the closest thing to Ephedra on the market.
If I take it at 3 pm.. I won't fall asleep till 3 am. I also can't take them everyday. My pack is almost done and a little old so when I go back home, I'm buying a BRAND NEW PACK! :) |
i still don't believe in stimulants...no good can come with using these; some grow dependent on them. it's still not natural in the end. u guys are all young so its fine ur body can repair itself. just make sure these won't damage ur body functions/heart in some way in the longterm. Anyone with a predisposition toward heart problems etc. should avoid using these types of stimulants. |

I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. I'm the #1 Ephedrine fan before and after it was banned. In Miami when I worked at a gym we were still selling a big batch of them. THEY WORK.. but obviously if you abuse it.. it can be bad and even deadly.
These don't have any ephedrine in them -tear-. After a 2 week break off of these I took one today. I like to keep it to 2-3 times a week and never consecutive and with a few breaks once I become immune to them. They mess up your sleep and ruin your appetite!
I know my body and I know that I should take it with a piece of bread early in the AM.. It's very harsh to the stomach. Especially now since they aren't as "fresh".
Where is Euphoria and the pills she recommended?? I want to compare mine. |

| why the need to take medicine to lose weight? call me crazy but you should only get into pills and procedures if you are so fat that you can't get out of bed and have bed sores. none of you are that size so concentrate on being healthy. you are hurting yourself more by taking non-natural drugs to lose weight. |

First off, Before you even start working out regardless of your goals... Diet is everything... I dont care what anyone tells you diet is everything.. but when most ppl hear diet they think counting carbs.. calories or eating once a day, wrong.. educate yourself.. www.bodybuilding.com has so many articles on fitness is amazing. No one is gunna tell you what to do and if you know what you need for your goals then your in the clear.. One book i recommend.. Only if you serious about getting into shape.. The abs diet.. I forget who wrote it but just look it up on on amazon . Its a good read.
what keeps me motivated is the BE - DO - HAVE method.. When a person wants something (the have) they act on it and DO what is needed. IN you case you want to HAVE a better body, so you DO what you need, But most never BECOME the person that DOES what is needed and gets the body.. You have to change your mindset or it is only inevitable that you will yo-yo diet or just lose what you've gained in the gym over time.. I know from personal experience how hard it is.. but i can say that now i have the body that i desire and am happy and healthy..
PS: saying that you dont have time is just an excuess... |

i really don't have time. It's not an excuse. I work 9-6 and it takes an hour to get to work and back.
My boyfriend takes the car at night for work and I refuse to walk the streets of brooklyn.. by myself.. at night just to go to a gym. |

buy a jump rope, it will work wonders. do some ******s...there are tons of things you can do at home and you don't need to do them everyday or for that long. do squats during the commercial breaks of a hour show. my roommate uses his ab roller while watching tv. just be creative while you are at home. |

Just make your own stack.
"ECA Stack" is the only thing that is proven to work
It's the cheapest and most reliable. Look up on how to dose properly it's usually about a 6 week cycle taper up and off.
Ephedrine HCL 25mg
Caffeine
Baby Asprin |

Yep thats what I was taking (ie: the original stackers with ephedrine etc) but any product that contains all 3 works the same way. Even the generics. |
