They seem to be positioned wrong, They should be angled towards your monitoring position |

Thanks mfitterer1! Yes its very relaxin little room.
Palm these are genelec 8040 so i think its 6.5 inch woofer. 8050(8") would be too big for my room. At least Funkagenda said these are the best monitors for producing club music, so i think you cant go wrong with them. I just love these monitors, they have very clean and neutral sound. I would say there is one downside, at least i cannot listen them very long, but i dont know if its just me.
I did demo smaller 8020 and 8030 but they have too weak lows. But i recommend demoing them somewhere before buying. I have to say one thing , i remember i wasnt that impress when i demo them, because the neutral sound, but im glad i bought them. My mixes sound better....i think:D |

hmm, didnt like that u said u get tired of them. ive heard that about genelecs before. i think is because of metal dome HD-driver maybe. ill have to take a good listen to them. |
