hmm from what I'v read is that the nucleus is the cheapest most affordable digital mixer with SSL sound. Now the sigma offers SSL sound but acts as a DAC am i right? |

no you're wrong:
Nucleus = controller + dac + mic pre NO SSL sound
SIGMA = 32ch summer, automation 2 mixbusses + monitoring |

Ok so it goes like DIS..
Hilo Thunderbolt to Mac
Main XLR output from Lynx hilo to Sigma
XLR Monitor Out from sigma to monitors
XLR Mix out to Lynx Hilo XLR Input
Sigma Ethernet to Mac Pro
Read Manual for further installation.
Now what about mixing controller from avid where do i hook that up?

Or how about this?
You can take the MIX OUT from Sigma into Hilo's LINE INs and then send the Hilo LINE INs to its MONITOR OUTs and then to your monitors so you use the Hilo's DAs. |
