goodbye Virus Ti - Hello Boomstar!!! :D
first impressions after playing with it for a while yesterday - great sound, can go heavy and dirty, resonance can really scream
its weird, you can go from one sound to another REALLY quickly, what i mean is you could have it set up a certain way and just nudge the cutoff and its like woooaaah whered that come from :p
lots of mod options so cant wait to get more time on it
have to say though - disappointed in the quality of the knobs, you can push them from side to side which is a bit disconcerting :-/
the smaller knobs and switches are fine tho
about the virus...great synth, great sound but because of the TI i ended up using it like a preset machine, plus it wasnt really bringing anything new to the table with me having the Nord and the Q...my own fault for buying it |
