You need to get it through your head that not everybody agrees with you, no matter how much "evidence" you come up with, no matter how convinced you are of yourself, someone will always disagree with you. It's not to make you angry, it's not because we're part of the conspiracy plan :stongue:... Right now, I am a little frustrated at having to deal with YOUR . Am I talking to a 10 year old? I hope not. Are YOU trying to make me angry...because no matter how much you try, I've got a smile on my face as I type right now...:)...
Here you are talking about people who, "don't know what they're talking about, and act like they do.", but here you are, calling me a 10 year old, when all I'm doing is pointing out your intolerance to criticism. Do you know this is a trait of an "authoritarian follower"? Intolerance to criticism. You know, your arguments would carry 10x more weight if you didn't react so childishly to criticism. I for one, would start watching your videos, or read something, but currently, I can't stand your attitude. It's puts me off. I don't care about anything you have to say, because no one can object, or you go off on them. Do you know how frustrating THAT is????? I mean hell, you even told me I'm on the forum to conspiratorially deceive people from your message. WTF?? Why would any moderate pay attention to that sh*t??? And really, you are no one to decide someone's intelligence, especially based on political views. I suggest you abandon such ad hominem attacks, and stick to the points. I tolerate criticism very well when it's called for but all you can do is try to denigrate me by spinning this entire thing around in order to make me look like some a-hole. Yeah, I'm a real jerk for trying to get the word out to people that injustices are continually being performed, that we're all being ripped off by the same people that you usually seem to kowtow to.
Sure, I can be a bit brash but so what? I think it's rather called for especially since you often seem to hold me to such high standards but don't appear to follow them yourself. I'd say that you're definitely more than just a little bit hypocritical especially when you have the nerve to try and chastise me for using a few well placed ad-hominems and then in the very next sentence you assail me with double the insults but in an almost inappropriate, undeserving way.
Anywway, the fact that you're always making excuses for not fully researching or even looking at the subject material in which you're arguing about is so telling of your bullsh*t that I now know that I should have never taken you off of ignore.
But I better bite my tongue now before you wuss out and close this like you did the first Secret Criminal Society of the Federal Reserve thread when things weren't going your way. ;)

See, now you're offended. You can't stand that I have pointed out your intolerance to criticism. You say I'm trying to make you look bad, or this or that, dude, PLEASE...Save it. Try to understand what I'm trying to say. People won't agree with you all the time. Deal with it. Stop crying about it. It gets old really quick, you know.
And to further prove my point, you put your critics on an "ignore list" because you're incapable of tolerating their criticism. Dude, I get into heated exchanges all the time with Q, Firestarter, the17sss... I don't put them on ignore. I'll debate them for days across page after page if I have to. I won't back down from a debate. But you, you cave in, and claim the high intellectual ground merely because of your skepticism of the status quo. I'de have so much more respect for you if you could debate the likes of PKC head on, on the points, using your own words. Instead, you post videos, and long articles, AS YOUR argument. It's hard to argue against a website, video, or article. Why? Because the authors can't answer the skepticism, they can't debate us here. You can, but you won't.
As for my level of research, I've done plenty. Tell me, who the are you to tell me I haven't done my research. The only thing you know is that I disagree with a lot of the stuff you say. To you, my skepticism of your world view means I just haven't done enough research. Well, guess what, you're wrong. I disagree with you because I disagree with you, and I can debate you on point about it.
As for my Federal Reserve thread, I was open-minded to criticism. I read what Occrider had to say, and it made sense. I still think income taxes are a sham, and that our dollar should be tied to something, but as for a conspiratorial creation of the central bank, and all that, I've retracted it all. There is a good purpose to unifying the US currencies, banking regulations, and keeping a stable financial system for the good of us all. You may disagree, good, we can debate it, but don't ing saying I haven't done my research or I'm just not smart enough to "get it".
I closed it, because the debate was over. No one was debating. It was you posting videos, and articles, without you yourself saying anything. No point to keeping it open now huh? You can certainly make your own thread, and you did. Congrats. LOL, at your "thought police" comments. Is it no wonder why I'm so turned off by you...:rolleyes:

The macros haven't changed. If anything, they have deteriorated and the ground has been laid for a bigger decline in the value of paper and a corresponding rise in precious metals and hard assets. |

Perhaps it is. If you could get the kind of sweet deals Buffet is able to get with his massive cash horde, you'd definitely be buying. GE, a AAA rated company, is paying Buffet 10% on preferred stock, plus warrants that are already in the money. Buffet is making a killing lately, but note, HE IS NOT MAKING SPECULATIVE BETS. GE, Goldman, these are preeminent companies. And he has a 5-10 year horizon. On his diet of cheeseburgers and Cherry Coke, he may not be around to see the end result, but I'm sure he'll do just fine. |
