I said 2 years ago less a day - when the original comments were made 3 a bit years ago.2+3 and a bit so over 5 years ago
My experiences were damn traumatic, and I have had them brought up time and time again, forcing me to relive the experiences. It has kept my memory fairly fresh on things.
Except for the emotional baggage and a little more spending money I'm the exact same person, with a little more knowledge than I had then.
My psychological state wasn't put in question at the initial trial. After I went to the courthouse I was diverted - where the doctors comments stem from. More exactly after a few days held in walkerton without eating, awaiting for an IDSN web hearing, I was transfered to court then to grand by two special constables - of whose names I won't mention. None the less at that point it was all pretty much anything you say will be used against you and I was very liberal in speaking. Fact is though I never expected people to be utterly brutal and abuse me as they did when I was brought in for assessment. It quickly turned into you are no longer able to represent yourself in court as the doctor formed me while I was in custody of guards from maplehurst who were standing gaurd outside my room. Anyway.. it was a long time ago, but the injustices can still be felt emotionally. I'm upset by it still. |

It's not something that goes away.
It is incredible that people can attack someone who has suffered so much pain and hardship, and still these same people can laugh at the experiences.
It just goes to show you the state of people these days.

it's called learning from your mistakes and moving on with your life. you should try going to AAA/local 12 step program. A few of sayings come to mind.

Learning from others mistakes. Once my permanent records are clear of lies and inaccuracies it will be much easier to 'move on' with my life. I honestly don't expect this to happen, but it doesn't mean I can ignore it. Nor that I need to take the attacks from people such as moral hazard. |

You're jumping the gun a little there man. Real men listen to lots of things but generally will be able to back up their taste. That's what makes them real men. |
