She didn't do her ing job. She was suppose to get the manager or sell to me, she did niether. She should have gotten the manager if she wasn't going to sell them. She instead rudely started serving another customers -VERY VERY VERY BAD customer service. You should serve the customer you are serving until the situation is resolved.

You are retarded. Do you really think that she's gonna deal with a dude trying to buy cigarettes who didn't bring his ID? You were throwing a hissy fit over it, but it's the ing law, and every citizen is supposed to abide by it. You aren't special. She's not going to go "get the manager" and have him deal with you, it's simple. No ID, No alcohol/cigarettes. Plain and ing simple. You clearly have a hard time abiding by simple rules. Is it really that hard to follow something so simple as bringing your ID? |

Sounds to me like tears of joy. She was probably immensely relieved at his arrival because she felt threatened by your crazy behavior. |
She was emotionally unstable, and likely not thinking straight due to being over tired after working a long night shift. Pretty much everything she did was just plane ed up. Whether sliding her feed across the ground, how she handled the situation, he negligence in performance of her duties, and rudeness in dealing with the customer were all indications she wasn't sound at the time. |

I'll admit I was grossly offended by the clerks actions.
I was however very stable up to the point of being sprayed with the OC spray - at that time I became enraged but it wasn't projected on the officer, I was just self contained in rage. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/incensed
Basically i was pretty emotionally stable.
I went from
feeling very liberated walking to the store anxious to get the pack of cigarettes.
when I arrived I went from neutral to noticeably displeased.
the clerk made physical contact
I had a discussion with the clerk where I was critical of her reasoning
the cop showed up and I was still verbally communicating
The cop became involved but did so while out of view and I didn't have a clear indication a police officer was involved until I had a chance to get a good look at him
even after this point I was still communicating verbally while the cop had escalated to physical action.
At the point the cop simply wasn't communicating and wasn't acknowledging my verbal communication with them.
His communication wasn't clear and this while he was attacking me physically.
Situation was, I was stable, and communicating. They just didn't like what I had to say. |

That wasn't the law then. Read up on ontario tobacco purchase laws up to 2004 and then come back and make an educated comment.

It was the store policy for her to get the manager.

Dude it wasn't the law so you are just ting yourself in regard to tobacco purchase in ontario in January 2004. You are nut for thinking that even though you don't have a grasp of the purcahse laws at the time. |
