You obviously had a brief conversation with the cop before he radioed in that you were resisting. Cops don't act without speaking. Did your mind blank out what he said when he first walked in?

quote:
-I requested the officer let go of my wrist
- he didn't reply and continued holding my wrist.
No cop simply walks in and grabs a person without saying anything first. You expect us to believe that he stood SILENTLY behind you, then grabbed your wrist and stared SILENTLY into your face without saying a single word?..without giving you any instructions? What are you leaving out?

quote:
After he stood there and didn't acknowledge or reply to my request to let go of me, I grabbed his wrist. He told me to let go, which is what led to being spun around.

I love this! With every retelling you come out with more details that prove you ed up. Cops have every right to grab and detain people who are causing a disturbance (which you obviously were considering they called the cops on you). You never have the right to grab a cop however.

quote:
- Judge requested that the people before the judge take a seat and they did.
-cop comes out and tell me to leave
**I STOOD THERE WITH MY CRAZY BLANK STARE AND IGNORED HIM**
-continues to advance and physically drags me out of the court room.

I included the line you forgot to mention there.

Are you kidding me?! So I take it you got assault or battery on your rap sheet too? You never lay your hands on a cop unless you want to get arrested. And you speak of being rational...

You're truly a piece of work. You belong in an institute.

I didn't see him walk in I was in a very involved discussion with the clerk facing her. The cop appeared behind me, and I didn't see him enter. After noticing him I looked back to the clerk. Her face went red after she saw the cop and she appeared as if she was going to cry.
Basically after she looked at the cop she started to have a breakdown.
I was more fixed on seeing how she was reacting than paying attention to the cop.

I was honestly more involved with the clerk at the time and didn't really acknowledged the cops presence.

In retrospect he likely did say a couple things:
But I at first didn't know who was speaking
I was communicating with the clerk, not with the officer.
I did say something but it was more of a general comment than directed at the police officer.
I waited for the police officer to respond.
He responded by advancing towards me and radioed in I was resisting arrest.
Proceeded to grab my wrist and waited.
see above.

Yup.

quote:
..without giving you any instructions?

Yup.

That i was entrapped at the time since he was blocking any movement I could have since I wasn't allowed in to the clerks area and he was blocking my entry to the store area.

If it is breach of the law it is. It wasn't a breach of public order. On the contrary the clerk was the one who was breaching my legal rights.

quote:
You never have the right to grab a cop however.

If a cop uses unreasonable force then you have the right to protect against loss of death or grievous harm. A cop is a regular person, they are just immune from reasonable use of force in exercise of the law. My rights are not removed to security of person, you are wrong. People have right to defend themself against unreasonable use of force in an unlawful arrest. In this case however I was communicating not assualting, and I wasn't resistive I was stationary.

He said "GET DOWN or I'll spray you".

No. He stated Get down now.

I will spray you.

He didn't connect the two ideas.

After he stated he was going to spray me I pulled my jacket over my head. I felt it was immiment because he clearly indicated he was going to spray me, it seemed like an absolute instruction, not an option.

Eg. if he stated If you do not lay down on the ground I will spray you.
It would of been clear communication.

In two phrases which were seperated by space he stated.

Get down
and
I will spray you.

It wasn't clearly communicated.

None the less it wasn't clear communication. Nor was there any immediate threat to his safety.

quote:
What the do you think he is going to spray you with, kool-aid?

I had no idea. I didn't know what police carried. I wasn't in the habit of researching local police equipment.

quote:
He gave you a clear warning and you disobeyed, period.

His orders were anything but clear, they were vague and he didn't give time to respond or communicate the situation.

No, you idiot... there should have been no need for a judge, police, or even an argument. If she wouldn't sell you smokes just go to another store. Starting an argument and then assulting the clerk because she did her job and you forgot to bring your ID is in' nuts. The fact that you can't see this even in retrospect is even more in' nuts! It was too early in the morning, it was the only one open in the area.

She didn't do her ing job. She was suppose to get the manager or sell to me, she did neither. She should have gotten the manager if she wasn't going to sell them. She instead rudely started serving another customer -VERY VERY VERY BAD customer service. You should serve the customer you are serving until the situation is resolved.

It is you who has poor customer service ideals.

There store policy even states she is suppose to get the manager.

Sounds to me like tears of joy. She was probably immensely relieved at his arrival because she felt threatened by your crazy behavior.
