An electric fleet? Are you serious you dumb hippy? Do you have any idea how much electricity that would require, and the environmental ramifications of keeping those machines powered? They would need to be recharged every hour or so, and more as the battery life was drained, and then the batteries would need to be replaced once a week (and then, where would the batteries be safely discarded?).
When are you going to wake up and realize that you live in the realm of reality, and that reality has limitations that must be dealt with?
The only silver lining I see for this guy is that by the time heīs 35, heīll be sleeping under a bridge in Toronto. Lord knows heīs not getting a job any time soon.
BTW: LOL at assaulting a store-clerk for not selling you a pack of smokes, double-LOL at crying and having a nervous breakdown for being yelled at over a cream-dispensor. You are hopeless.

He doesn't need to get a job. He has guaranteed welfare for life from Canadian taxpayers.

Havenīt you heard (Ask Jennypie)? Welfare recipents need to work to earn their cheques now (*snicker*, poor naive girl).
Even so, if he gets around homelessness, I canīt see this hopeless sack making it much past 45. Welfare doesnīt exactly earn you the dough to make bread, if you know what I mean.

You need an address to collect welfare... sooner or later he's going to go off his meds and forget where he lives.

As someone who has worked closely with people using this system, I can assure that it is how it works.
They make you check in a with a worker every week to make sure you're actively looking for work or volunteering somewhere. They check in with all of your contacts to make sure, as well. If you aren't doing something, they cut you off.
