Its your call but I expect obedience and servitude of my children.
If you'd rather be my brother instead that may be an option. Feel open to PM me. |

The problem, I feel, is that there is a lack of irony in these statements. |

My delusions stemmed from invading a court house to protest corrupt practices of the police and courts, and a court diversion that placed me at the hands of someone that blamed me for causing a diabetic attack in her acquaintance. |
What, exactly, was your reason for invading the court house to protest? |

The court of appeal ignoring my request for appeal - the perjuries in the courtcase, and the judges disposition being flawed and she herself perjuring. |

What would be anyone's interest or motivation to suborn perjury in this way? |

What was the original court case about? What were you tried for and what/why were you appealing? Just curious. |

I attempted to buy a pack of cigarettes at a corner store. The legal age to purchase at the time was 19, and the clerk had the right to refuse sale if they felt I was a minor. The clerk asked me to produce ID, I asked her what she felt my age was twice. Both times she stated 23, which was my age. She stated I could speak to the manager and started serving the next customer. She made no attempt to get the manager. So I reinitiated communication with her, because I saw no manager. The manager during the time I was communicating with her moved behind the counter but said nothing. I stated if you don't get them for me I'll get them myself - and proceeded to move to the cigarettes but didn't see my brand so I stood went from crouching to upright at the edge of the service area. The clerk inched her feet quickly toward me and communication continued. She touched me on my shoulder during this time, which I responded by saying you just assaulted me. Anyway while all this was happening the a cop arrive and positioned himself behind me secretly. He proceeded to grab my wrist after I turned to face him. After requesting he let go there was an altercation which resulted in me being pepper sprayed. The cop latter stated "I was being offensive" but we were like 10 ft away from each other when he sprayed me and I had my jacket over my face.
Anyway I got dragged out of the store. The next day the cops were going to let me go but I was utterly pissed off still at what had happened. I eventually left and bought a pack of cigarettes at a different corner store a couple blocks away - the last pack I ever bought.
As a result of the case they upped the legal ID requirement to 25 years of age - but at the time it was 19 or belief that I was not of age. The clerk thought I was 23.
In the end it was store policy that caused the problem, and basically the policy violated my legal rights under right of sale. |

Again, I ask you, Mr. Ashley, the question you seem to be ignoring:
What would motivate several people, including, as you claim, court officials, to suborn perjury in the manner you claim has been perpetrated against you? |

You will have to ask them that one, I honestly have no clue. Perjury in court is very serious, and I can't recall ever knowing them on a personal basis.
There are chance connections such as my brother knowing the clerk (mary), a slim chance another customer worked at my highschool when I went to KCI when I was truent, and she working in attendence (tracy) and I honestly don't have a clue of any connection with the cop - other than looking like someone I wrestled with in Junior high..(J parent) but he was way too old to be the same person. Another person who I am sorta friends with was a witness (greg shantz) and so was his girlfriend (I didnt summon them) I did push him once as a joke, he was sort of offended by it but it wasn't a huge scene nor did I ever hear about it again. Nothing I would give someone a criminal record for nor lead to a sequence of events that ruined their life, subjected them to torture, and turned them against the system. |
