Sorry but that is a bunch of BS. I do not need to produce my ID for items which are not subject to law. No person has right to request ID except on lawful grounds. In this instance my age was not in doubt, thus they had no right to request ID since there was no verification in question. While the law as it changed to 25 would change the situation to allow refusal of sale if she believed me under time. As i have stated many time the law did not exist in that form at the time. Also I am not required to produce ID to anyone as I have stated above except as required by law. So that is a bunch of bs.
ID laws have gotten more demanding in the last 5 years.
[quote] then you must provide it or you aren't going to get what you want. In addition, you have absolutely no ing right to walk into a store, reach where you're not supposed to be and then utter the word "assault" when someone puts their hand on you because you're in a place that is off limits to customers. |
Dude looking at cigarettes behind the counter was fully lawful at the time so that is a bunch of bull, once again. While cigarettes can no longer be displayed - at the time this was not the case.

Not true sorry try again. Most people I communicate with here that attack me, and mysteriously some of who have personal relations with the people who did this to me, are talking a whole bunch of bull. |

While yes there was a sign, signs arn't laws. Signs are advisories. There is a difference in the two. Learn the law, not the sign. |
Signs are laws. Stop signs don't exist as an "advisory"; nobody drives up to one and goes, "Hmm, it's just advising me to stop, so I don't really have to". No. People go, "Oh, , a stop sign, I'd better stop". Signs inform you of the law and it is up to you to choose whether or not to follow that law. If you break it, you get punished. |

Some signs reference laws and advise people of their rights, other signs are advisories to assist people.
So no, you are wrong in your statement.
Only some signs indicate laws, not all signs indicate laws.
Know te law, not the sign.

In the case of the tobacco act 1994 - the fact is that the signage here was to discourage sale to minors, not to require ID for people of age. The law didn't change from only on suspicion that the person is a minor until after my case at which point they were informed to discriminate against anyone believed to be under the age of 25.
So sorry regardless of the BS you state here, you don't know the law, so you should just shut up. |

Funny, because I'm pretty sure those signs in convenience stores that inform you they require ID for tobacco purchases also say "Know the Law".
No joke. I'll take a pic next time we go to get dong bags and dick lube. |

That sign would mean nothing without a traffic law indicating that you were required to stop for it.
You ever seen a big H sign on a road .. it doesn't mean you need to go to a hospital. Different signs mean different things. Grow a brain, you might need it some day. |

Criminal cases arn't trivial they have life long effects. Either you are incredibly stupid or you are severely issued psychologically. |
