Hi eddie, you are a nutbar that doesn't understand that in order to breach a law it has to exist. People cannot make up laws that don't exist. Legislatures do, but cops just can't make up law, they have to have grounds for using force. While a breach of peace can be grounds to detain someone, or an occurrence of a breach of law, they have to have grounds.
There is something called caselaw. Caselaw provided more information on how the law should apply for specific reasons. It is not meant to make law, it is meant to clarify the application of law.
You have yet to provide a prohibition that is applicable for prohibition of sale for someone who is 23 years old in 2004.
Until you do your argument is worthless for this intent. |
