My homeboys tried to warn me
But with that trouser snake you got
Makes me so horny
Ooh, rub his smooth skin
You say you wanna get in my benz
Well use me use me cuz you aint that average turd burglar friendz
I've seen them gay dancin'

I'm tired of queer magazines
Saying average logs are the thing
Take the average flaming man and ask him that

Tell him to shake it, (shake it), shake it, (shake it), shake that healthy bolt and nuts

I attempted to buy a pack of cigarettes at a corner store. The legal age to purchase at the time was 19, and the clerk had the right to refuse sale if they felt I was a minor. The clerk asked me to produce ID, I asked her what she felt my age was twice. Both times she stated 23, which was my age. She stated I could speak to the manager and started serving the next customer. She made no attempt to get the manager. So I reinitiated communication with her, because I saw no manager. The manager during the time I was communicating with her moved behind the counter but said nothing. I stated if you don't get them for me I'll get them myself - and proceeded to move to the cigarettes but didn't see my brand so I stood went from crouching to upright at the edge of the service area. The clerk inched her feet quickly toward me and communication continued. She touched me on my shoulder during this time, which I responded by saying you just assaulted me. Anyway while all this was happening the a cop arrive and positioned himself behind me secretly. He proceeded to grab my wrist after I turned to face him. After requesting he let go there was an altercation which resulted in me being pepper sprayed. The cop latter stated "I was being offensive" but we were like 10 ft away from each other when he sprayed me and I had my jacket over my face.
Anyway I got dragged out of the store. The next day the cops were going to let me go but I was utterly pissed off still at what had happened. I eventually left and bought a pack of cigarettes at a different corner store a couple blocks away - the last pack I ever bought. |
You are full of ********.. I know several cops and they never use pepper spray unless you are actively resisting them. You ed up in the first place by trying to grab the pack of cigarettes. You never grab anything behind the counter of a store..ever. And the clerk would not have "touched your shoulder" unless she felt threatened because you were invading her personal space. The cop obviously felt you crossed the line because he tried to stop you. Once he got involved you should have straightened up, shut your mouth, and followed his directions. Obviously you didn't and got exactly what you deserved. |

As a result of the case they upped the legal ID requirement to 25 years of age - but at the time it was 19 or belief that I was not of age. The clerk thought I was 23.
In the end it was store policy that caused the problem, and basically the policy violated my legal rights under right of sale. |
You got what you deserved. It is common that you have to produce ID if you look under a certain age if purchasing alcohol or cigarettes. I wish he’d used the baton on you too. |

Dude wasn't the case then. If the store clerk had reason to doubt your age they could refuse you sale. She didn't doubt my age. Even the researcher at the Fraser Institute agreed with me, and stated the clerk was at fault in regard for errrored judgment in refusal of sale. Legally she was obligated to sell to me unless she doubted my age, which she didn't. She refused me for internal store policy reasons, and was not diligent in her duties as a clerk to obtain her supervisor. She was frankly quite rude to start serving someone else before she fully dealt with the customer she was dealing with. |

You will have to ask them that one, I honestly have no clue.
with an edit he added, "There are chance connections such as my brother knowing the clerk (mary), a slim chance another customer worked at my highschool when I went to KCI when I was truent, and she working in attendence (tracy) and I honestly don't have a clue of any connection with the cop - other than looking like someone I wrestled with in Junior high..(J parent) but he was way too old to be the same person. Another person who I am sorta friends with was a witness (greg shantz) and so was his girlfriend (I didnt summon them) I did push him once as a joke, he was sort of offended by it but it wasn't a huge scene nor did I ever hear about it again. Nothing I would give someone a criminal record for nor lead to a sequence of events that ruined their life, subjected them to torture, and turned them against the system." |
It doesn't seem as though several people would engage upon such a course of action without just cause. It's not something that courts take lightly - compelling someone into a psychiatric facility. Your account of this seems very one-sided with very limited insight into the motivations of those who you're claiming to have perjured themselves in order to have you committed.
How would I go about obtaining their version of events, if you will? Certainly there must be a court record and a case number which may be referenced for the benefit of those of us interested in the truth. It also stands to reason that there would be a similar track-record demonstrated against other defendants who share your situation - that there ought to be a demonstrable pattern of abuse by virtue of penalties meted out by institutionalized or conspiratorial fiat. You certainly can't be the only person this has happened to if what you are claiming to have happened is actually the truth.
I'll certainly admit that the connections you've come up with, in order to motivate such a course of action, are, indeed, tenuous. They also appear to be unrelated to the severity with which you were sentenced. What's troubling, to me, is that in every encounter you report - not just with the clerk but in every encounter you've come up with to explain the motivation of the individuals responsible for your incarceration at a mental institution, you have placed yourself in the best of all possible lights.
It's as though, someone taking you at your word, would suspend disbelief and assume that your provocations were nothing more than innocuous events reinterpreted for the purposes of prevarication by your now more numerous persecutors in order to ensnare you. If the same sorts of events had happened to me, you might find a more strenuous ally. Fortunately, for me, such events have not happened.
It isn't that I have never found myself in conflict with individuals. I have found, however, that such conflict could have been handled better and, for the most part, was completely unnecessary and, retrospectively, I was in equal measure to blame for any unsatisfactory outcome. I think you and I can agree that there are people who are complete s and there will be no disputing that fact about them but, by the same token, even complete s can be reasoned with, given a level head and good intentions.
How is it, then, that you have not managed to fair as well as Yours Truly? How is it, when you seem to be an otherwise intelligent person, that you have derived from the sum of this situation you've found yourself in, a most unsavory outcome? There must be something about you that people have found objectionable in order to propel such events, even if it has been manufactured for their own nefarious purposes. For that matter, there must also be nefarious purposes. What could either of those be?
Your answers only seems to add more questions, Mr. Ashley, but I await the next multiplication of them, none-the-less. |

I'm not. We were 10 ft away and I was stationary preceding. I did not "get down" as the cop directed. When I didn't respond to his request he stated he would spray me. At which time I covered my face as I wasn't aware what he would spray me with. There was no ongoing physical altercation at the time, I did however not acknowledge his command, I was frankly quite shocked by what had occurred and didn't fully comprehend what was going on due to the speed it developed at.

I didn't I was actually only looking for my brand, I didn't actually get to the point of trying got grab them. And I didn't go behind the counter I just crouched over to see the cigarettes at the bottom better. The closest I ever got to behind the counter was standing at the edge of the entrance to service area.

She moved into my space not the other way around.
| quote: | | The cop obviously felt you crossed the line because he tried to stop you. |
He pre profiled, and dealt with me as hostile immediately. And yes because in retrospect I did not comply with his verbal commands he escalated which created the issue, the problem was I didn't really acknowledge them since his first command I didn't know he was there, and already stated (Radioed in) I was resisting before he made contact with me.
| quote: | | Once he got involved you should have straightened up, shut your mouth, and followed his directions. Obviously you didn't and got exactly what you deserved. |
I was just attacked and spun around so by the time he said get down, I didn't really have a clear sense of what was going on.

She had reason to doubt your age because you didn’t have any ID. Her opinion on how old you might be is irrelevant. |

Again, I ask you, Mr. Ashley, the question you seem to be ignoring:
What would motivate several people, including, as you claim, court officials, to suborn perjury in the manner you claim has been perpetrated against you? |

Which variety store was this in? And were you asked for ID and you didn't provide it? |
