If you are content to live off welfare/disability forever ********, so be it. Many people have tried to help you here. You have rejected honest advice from people who actually HAVE jobs..people who know how to become employed and even people who employ others for a living. Don't be surprised if you never get a real job with such a horrific resume.

Jesus Christ, don't you people ing realize that he's not going to take any of your advice? This thread can go ahead and die miserably now, he has already stated numerous times that he disagrees with all of the advice given here because he is a ing hardheaded retard who thinks that relationship status, webcam pictures, paper routes, lawncare, elementary schools, and hypnosis bull are important parts of a resume.

Everybody quit trying to help him out and let him find out that he's a total nutcase that can't get a real job on his own. It will be a scary realization when he finds out he's clinically insane.

My response to your quote had nothing to do with the Cln's post of Penetange; rather, I found it incredibly funny that your stated objective is to obtain employment teaching English and then go one to use a terrible contraction "It'd", which is a past tense; coupled with a future tense "happen." One should never mix past and future tense... that's elementary school stuff. So really that's all I was getting at but DUDE... way to give your detractors even more material with your little rant there.

Sorry man, but I don't really agree. "It'd" is a contraction of "it would" and "would" is a modal auxiliary verb. It changes the semantics to rewrite something like "It did happen" to "It happened" because it loses positive modal shading and becomes a categorical assertion. The dictionary says it's perfectly fine to use "happen" with a future tense verb to indicate possibility or choice:

quote:
(used in conditional sentences to express choice or possibility): They would come if they had the fare.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/would

Obviously ********'s statement "It'd happen" is a contraction of "It would happen if [x]".

I read it as it'd = it had... it had happen does not compute. If he had intended future he should have used it will.
Moral Hazard
"it will happen if..."
now conditional and far more correct then "it'd happen."

you hardly know how to speak English let alone teach it.

Good luck, Will.
