The pictures above arn't of me. But it isn't gynecomastia.
The fat that was there was because at one point I was 240 lbs and shorter than I am now. I lost weight quite fast and didn't loose it.
What you finished with the mental aspect so now you are attacking the physical one.

Also whatever you picture of an ideal man is the fact is this view has changed over time, and guys having a little bit of fat on their chest ain't all that abnormal.. it is actually the norm.
Although guys with lots of fat and glands actually breasts is abnormal. In my case I have a very thin layer of fat, and quite a bit of muscle. So I'm really not all that concerned. My skin is a little loose because I was so fat growing up this doesn't help much but anything you've seen is mostly a skin elasticity issue and it is becoming a non issue as I put more muscle on. |
