wow, a great wknd for the Yankees! not to mention great weather
we decided to hit up Saturday's game last minute, sooo glad we did...WANGs outing was ***phemonenal*** -- totally made up for his outing with Boston. as far as I was concerned, a perfect game
and today...caught part of the game on TV, yeah the Clemens' announcement was definitely a doozy...awesome...cant wait to see him pitch -- esp against the Red Sox -- wow how awesome would that be?!! :toothless
hmmm what was wrong with the Mariners? Saturday, I couldn't figure out why they didn't take out that pitcher sooner (before the Yanks started scoring on WALKS)...then madd errors today... |

| I don't understand Yankees fans obsession with Clemens. He wasn't that great for the Yankees. |

| The obsession is that he seems to get better as he gets older thanks to modern drugs.....I mean medicine. ;) |

| i have this view of clemens as being a money grubby whore with a couple of screws loose, who happens to be a good baseball player. also when he gets induced in the HOF won't be be inducted as a red sox player? |

| He will definitely go in as a Red Sox. He played there his first 12 seasons. |

who gives a how he goes in the hall. The yankees have enough hall of famers already in, and a bunch who are currently playing but will be in the hall: Jeter, Rivera, A-ROD(hopefully he's in NY long enough to go down as a yankee).

We're not, we're obsessed with your team not getting him. |

A lot of people seem to think I'm a Red Sox fan because I love Manny so much. |

| roger is getting paid a crazy amount of money for what is considered a half-season. His average pay will be about $9000 a pitch. |

30 days a month / 5 (spot in the rotation) = 6 games a month
4.5M a month / 6 games a month = 750K a game
750K a game / 83 pitches an outing = 9036K a pitch
Plus he doesn't have to travel with the team. What a life. |
