| i am such an animal lover but squirrels just don't do it for me. my mom loves them but i see them more as a pest. they're everywhere in south florida and they're loud and bitchy too. whenever i used to walk out of my mom's front door, there was one that would make that noise and be all hyper. i wanted to throw a rock at it a couple of times like SHUT THE UP... which is very unlike me with animals lol |

LOL! I understand where you're coming from. There were way more of them in FL than in NC where I live now, and they always used to make that annoying noise at my cat when she was outside. Sometimes they'd sit in the tree next to my house and just make that sound all damn day.
Then when I was at FSU, my roomate and I had to deal with a few of them making a hole into the attic of our townhouse from the outside, and scurrying around inside the walls at night. Drove me crazy. One of them died inside the walls in August when it was boiling hot, and the inside of our place smelled so bad, we had to sleep elsewhere for a week. Our landlord brought over some of those huge Renuzit air freshner cones, and all that did was make our place smell like minty dead squirrel. I brought a girl back to my place one night because I had nowhere else to take her... while it was smelling like that... needless to say I never heard from her again. lol |

So you're just threatened by the competition, then? :p
The grey squirrels we have up in the mountains here are aggressive as hell. I was once camping with a bunch of other people and we decided on an excellent little spot next to a creek. Well not only was that spot great, it was already taken by a rather belligerent community of fuzzy, tree-dwelling ers. They'd grab rocks and take them up to the top of their trees and drop them on us. ing critters. We had to set up a bunch of tarps over us just to avoid bombardment. Was fun. |

actually u know what i think you're right. UM was def ranked number 1, i remember that for sure... but now i think the other florida school was UF, not FSU. i'll have to check when i go to that friend's house again later (w/ the playboy mag on his coffee table lol). |

I don't know how they really judge that "best party school" stuff. FSU is always hanging around the top 5-10, but I gotta say, I don't understand the UF thing. Maybe it's because of the lack of female hotness on that campus... my friends who were at school there would often complain about the same thing. Even UCF in Orlando puts UF's female crop to shame.
But... UM?? I have issues believing that's true. I understand the location of the university, but you can't put a student population of 15,000 up against those with 40,000-50,000 and say it's in the same party league. Even the football game crowds are a joke there... you get about 10,000 actual UM students and alumni combined, and the rest is ghetto thug nation from the slums of Dade County. |

| Who cares what the best party schools are? It's absolutely preposterous such rankings even exist. |
