Since when was weed a hard drug? |

honestly, if someone chronically smokes pot and turns into one of those unmotivated, depressed couch potatoes, then rehab would be beneficial. so what if it's "just weed".
our friend is like that. his house is always a pig stye and he just works and goes home and gets high and doesn't take care of his house or anything and he has it all updated with granite countertops, etc... it's like what's the point if you're just going to let it look like garbage lol
he's self medicating or escaping i guess. it gets in the way of him having a normal & healthy social life so the way i see it is it's a problem. i mean at least he gets up every day and owns his own company and works and stuff but he's a total hermit crab and antisocial and i think the weed makes it worse. |

it's wrong to see it as hard and soft drugs... it's a drug
it's addictive as any other drug |

That just might be the most moronic thing I've read all day, and with the COR as it's been today that would be quite an accomplishment... |

| you don't have to believe me... go to any rehab center or whatever and they will tell the same... but hey I don't care, i can live my life without that |

some people can smoke weed and it affects them positively and they are still social people with great jobs and hobbies, etc...
and then some people just turn into depressed couch potatoes. i've seen both. |

dude. go yourself. 'us older people' makes me piss my pants laughing ing idiots. as far as the 'rehab' thing, that's funny too. all he did was go to the gym more, get a detox, and acupuncture- if that counts as 'rehab' then awesome
oh, and another point, there is no such thing as a 'soft drug'.. any drug, any activity can become addictive. god, for being 'older' you sure seem to be mediocre /end. |

your bf didn't say "i went to the gym more, got a detox and acupuncture." he said he went to rehab. that's besides the point though
psychological and physical addictions are two completely different monsters. any activity can be psychologically addictive. and psychological addictions can easily be overcome- if you're not a big ing . |

Saying that every drug is a hard drug is like saying everyone on the planet is tall. "Tall" and "hard" in these contexts are entirely relative--the very concept of someone being "tall" requires other people who are not tall. Likewise, the very concept of being a "hard drug" requires other drugs that are not hard drugs.
It's plain as the ing day that all drugs cannot logically be considered hard drugs. If there were no discernable difference amongst drugs, the correct statement would be that there are no "hard" drugs not that they are all hard drugs, but even saying that would make you a moron, since the widely varying physiological effects of drug dependency between different controlled substances are well documented.
If that much isn't perfectly obvious to you then I suggest you go out and do all the drugs you can get your hands on, because you've got nothing to lose. |

Well, in that context, dick is a drug too.
ing morons spreading like that, is exactly why you have a totally incoherent thought process on why "hard" drugs are called what they are.

No. Any drug, activity, etc, cannot become addictive. Not in the physical sense that you are referring to. Addictive and just over use are wholly two totally different principles. Something you obviously have no grasp of. |
