the lease starts Aug 1st but my current lease isn't up until Aug 31 so i have an entire month to move stuff over and get organized. way better than doing the entire move all in one afternoon. i did that last year and it was hell.
there's no closet in the bedroom and no counter or cabinets in the kitchen, so i'm hoping that once i move in i can convince the landlords to let me do some minor improvements to the place.
random lucid fact (since we're on the subject of pianos): i once lived in a house that had 5 grand pianos in the living room. |

organists maybe. there's lots of gay male organists. but pianists? c'mon, a guy who can play piano is pretty hot in my opinion. |

man if i wasn't living in an apartment, i would be buying toys and trinkets like will. :( i make a decent salary to afford a house in a nice middle class white picket fence, 2.2 kids, but i figure since i live by myself, owning a house is way too big for me. i figure i should live in an apartment until i find my soulmate. :(
but it's cool anyways. the money i don't spend on toys and trinkets i spend on $200 jeans and random road/flight trips. :o |
