lo all... 5 hrs later and i'm back in providence.. gosh there was so much traffic i wanted to cry at times...
and then..i get to my apartment and my elevator is still broken from last week...
and i live on the 6th floor....

| whoa you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just noticed that I had to turn in a massive essay that was due TODAY!!!!! I didn't even start it and it's worth Two major test grades. I seriously can't breathe and I am going to be gone for 2 days as I write this. So PRAY FOR THE CUBE!!!!! uggghhh- i hate my boss so much right now!
does anyone here have a boss they like?
we have this love/hate relationship, but right now i hate him so much!
ok so i call up and am like hi, matt- what's up. and he is like can you work lunch tomorrow? so i say no- i cannot i have school.
so he goes ballastic and is like- give me a f*@%ing break for school would you Lisa? i f*@%ing gave you off 3 days last week and f*@%ing easter.
so i am like i have a test 2morrow, and he is like yeah whatever you just want to see your teacher...and hangs up.
seriously he made me feel like a piece of garbage, i hate when people talk to you like that and yell. him.
sorry for the ranting...:( |

I love Tracy Morgan too, but that show has really gone downhill alot. Actually I think it's mostly the writing, because they have some great talent; Notably Morgan and Fallon. :D

i have this 17 year old boy that keeps IMming me every day/night..
the hell do i do?! it's flattering and all to get all these compliments from a 17 y/o but ffs! i feel bad when i don't answer his IMs and i don't have the heart to tell him off or something.. :wtf: :rolleyes: |

i work at a restaurant, and he is the owner so nothing really can be done. we just switched owners (the old owner was a pyscho soo this is behaviour i expected from him) and since we switched he (new owner) is like i will not be like that, blah blah. you know what pisses me off is i do any extra work that i can for him- go in early to do things for him, favours, babysat his kids, etc you get the idea. and i am not a pushover, i have just been there for 4 years. but when he can't get exactly what he wants from me, he flips. i am not doing this man favours anymore. i have put enough time and effort into this changeover at work and i am leaving in a few months anyway. seriously, if i was not receiving health insurance etc. i would quit but i need this job for a few more months so i can go away..
and now i am so distracted that i cannot study:whip: |

Wait, is your boss the actual owner of the restaurant? or is it a restaurant chain, and he runs just that one?
Because if its a chain, all you gotta do is contact HIS boss and make them give him . even if hes "loveable" sometimes, he still shouldnt' treat you like that for havin a damn test.
If he IS the owner/CEO of the whole business, then i think yer ed, sorry to say =(. I had a situation something like that when I worked at a restaurant. This guy would always be an to like everyone. He was one of the managers, but not the head manager. So i talked to the head manager, and she straightened him out. At least for the remaining 3 months I worked there =P.
Try some , never know what'll happen.
