methinks it is time to have a serious post in here again (last one was a couple of pages ago methinks):
The weather in Germany has been GREAT the last couple of days. the temperatures are ~28C (80 F) and the sun is shining down from almost cloudless skies. While everybody is happy, it is a pain to run in the afternoon, but a certain person was unable to get his BUTT out of bed early enough to run in the morning :whip: so he had to do his running in the afternoon, the other day *cough*Thursday*cough*. Meeting another semi-decend running is always rare, and we decided to 'pace' each other (help keep the speed up), since it is B00RING to run by oneself.
So, we ran together and a certain person decided to increase the amount of running to be done that day and talk some more. The other person was really cool, while still being a lot more out of shape than me, but i had fun. After returning form what ended up to be a 1:15 run, I took a nice looong shower and then proceeded to eat my supper: Tortellini with "Mafia" sauce (Tomato sauce with Ground beef, pepper, pees and some herbs). Very good, but after eating at 9pm, i got tired! Carbs do that to me :D
So, i decided to lay down in my bed for a bit -was planning to go out at 11pm. The window was open and a nice breeze was coming in and i was all comfy under my covers -yes, the simple pleasures: Well fed, well exercised, clean and now with warm covers and a COOL breeze.. *bliss* well the only thing missing was my GF, but you "Can't always get what you want" (The Rolling Stones).. so i started daydreaming a little bit about how much i miss her..
in short i fell asleep a very happy person :D

ooohhh greg, so glad to hear you are happy!!! have fun tonight:D
and me...heh, i am great *CONTAGIOUS* you are all infected! 29 hours without sleep, this is a bad habit. but senior design is DONE and my partner and i did excellent!:D We may have been the only group to get our project working...and we added four extra features too!!! Professor came up to us afterwards and told us what a great job we did!! heh...he also said to me, wow! you seem like the only one awake here. Must have got lots of sleep last night (he thinks we got it done early). I wasn't going to break his heart and tell him i was up all night as well.:stongue:
BUT i cRy....i have a final on monday at 11:30 in microwave engineering. i am planning on going to dc for mauro on sat. dilemma!!! and two papers due on tues...
but i will still go...i must. will meet other ta's...and get to see mauro...must go!! |

glad to hear that you are almost DONE! Have fun at Picotto.. i might go to see Sven Väth on Sunday night (it is holiday time in germany) and Monday I shall go eat good food with my dad again :D
Oh yeah, I met an old "aquaintance" of mine. I mean he is a classmate, who is pretty cool, but we were never really close, talked to him for HOURS and found out he DIGS techno -w00t- finally i might have someone to drag along to good music :D
