i have not heard that version, i like the Ellen Allien mix
that is good kind kinda slowed down a bit with the vocals brought out nicely..
Miss Kittin did this great cd for muzik mag and it was free with the magazine, i really enjoy this mix. i usually just buy the magazine for some extra reading material and plus it comes with a free cd. the cd's are usually e but this mix is quite good.
does anyone have this mix? or anyone read this magazine? |

ok here's my deal with Space,... ive been 5 times now i think,... Arturo was right about the dress code, guido central,.. people definitely dress up,.. the crowd is probably avg age of early 30's,... dj booth is way way up high and you can see it from probably anywhere from the main dance floor,.. vip is a waste of money IMO b/c you aren't anywhere close to the dj booth and are basically in the next room,... but you get that ever important seat which Space has none of, they had one of the most kick ass lasers that almost shot directly at the dj with a big ass disco ball blocking it for it to be redirected all over the club,..last time i was there they put speakers up where it used to be so it wasnt there,.... it has some serious horns and some big ass equalizers on both sides of the dj booth,.. it has 4 rooms, blue room=hip hop, patio=usually house or prog, sometimes joins up with blue room and they share music,... the red room-vip, has main room music and the main room is a big ass dance floor with some random boxes around that people either sit on or dance on,... PvD in december they brought in more sound which was totally unneeded and made it just about impossible to communicate, it seriously is hard to have any sort of conversation if you are in the main room, convos are only sort of capable on the patio,...
this is all moot b/c the new 3 story space will be open for WMC and the old one will be closed down,... so none of us actually know:D |
