man what is with the prevalent lazy eye !?!
and patMCg, just dont tell em youre a native speaker. you have to lay low in class, but if there's a german ta they always appreciate someone understanding their jokes. worked for me!
and jP i swear your avatar was not winking at me until about 30 seconds ago. the wink must be exactly in time with the standard blink interval or something so that i never noticed before. creepy !

are you referring to all of our right eyes being smaller than the left ones? |

nono, i mean that one eye is looking somewhere completely different than the other. kind of like this:  it happens when the muscle around the eye gets lazy or something. some people it all the time, others when they get intoxicated or whatnot. its not a bad thing, just funny.
in your pic its the guy in the middle, beyer ? i guess. and in the previous pic where you're doing a little teeth grinding, the tall guy in the middle also has it a little, but not as much. |

yeah i understand the example. but u are regretting something that you did, put effort into a relationship, which was not worth it, not something that you did not do.
Maybe our definitions of 'not doing' something are different. In your case, either of the two alternatives that you proposed would have been actions, as you'd either have put in more effort into the relationship or would have made the effort to end it then and there. The only 'not-doing' path would have been to neither break up, not put in any more effort.
