well. they are bunk beds, but you can take them apart. and thats what we did. you can adjust how high the bed goes, so my bed is about 4ft off the ground. :D i have to jump to get on it, but its so cool. i love it! :D |

and so the massive job of backing up my harddrives on cdrs has begun! over 200GBs, all needs to be burnt onto little 700MB cdrs. hmmm. wow. this will be fun and entertaining on my 24x cd-rw. :rolleyes:
i wanna clean my system and start anew. :D |

and the worst part about it.....burning so many songs that i've never even listened to. :thepirate

I had the weirdest dream today ( yeah I woke up at 8 30 but fell back asleep till 10 and I have memorized the whole thing )
so here's how it goes
for some odd reason I moved to Africa dunno what country maybe nigeria
Now I've never dreamt of a dj before let alone pvd so it's my first time and it's pretty weird
anyhow ... while I was over there I wanted to bring some djs from around the world to play here ( pvd sasha and others can't think of who right now ) ... but the thing is it was only supposed to be like for a little club or something .. like I even asked pvd to bring his own cds decks cause we didn't have any here and that the TTs he was going to use were belt driven TTs ( yuck ) and so he comes .... and it ends up he gets to meet the king and even spins for a private party of his and because the kings loves it so much he offers pvd to play for the national holiday that takes place a couple days after or something : THE KINGS BIRTHDAY ..... so PVD spins in front of 500 000 000 people and it's massive sound and everyone goes wild ( it's even being rebroadcasted on national public radio !! ) and there seems to start a revolution and the whole country goes trance ... ok that sounded freaky at the end .... after Afro beat comes afro trance :D

now this is where it really struck me when I woke up and was thinking about all this .... what if I tried to start an organization to plan parties/events where Djs would spin for free and that all the revenue collected would be used to fund some specific projects in Africa :disbelief wouldn't that be so cool :toocool: |

hehe I know the feeling or think of it this way , your kids//grand kids will one day be going through grandpas old stuff ( yours ) and find the cds and be like wtf is this and then start searching for a cd drive cause cd's don't exist no more and when they finally find one they go crazy when they hear your stuff :p cause by then the only thing that would ever be playing on the radio would be jpop kpop and "fun" stuff like that :haha: |
