Ok ok, before you all hate me and never want to speak to me ever again, allow me to explain.
This photo was photoshopped by the French TAs recently and Arturo linked me to it. So, with Jdat’s permission, we decided to post the joke. I am a bit of a prankster but I admit, this was one was just on the line of ‘controversial’. I truly hope no one is hurt by it or angry and if so, I apologize. You know I would never want to hurt anyone, especially those that have met me/hung out with me (which is almost all of you ;) ).
My cousin is somewhere in Iraq right now and we haven’t heard from him in a few weeks now. So I also know the delicacy of the war situation as a piece of my heart is over there right now.

It’s an article about poking fun at the war, only because there is nothing else we can do but pray. It’s light-hearted and makes light of an terrible situation.

My grandpa got a medal of some kind from WW2222.......
I think it was the Bronze Star for saving people.

i was wondering- i thought if you are in the army they cut your hair. i know jdat just cut his hair, but judging by the picture they let him have long hair- so i shrugged and was like well i guess they allow this????

ya,.. i was one of those offended by it,... that will be me by the end of the year in an officers uniform and I don't know why but it did strike a cord with me,... i know its in all good fun but thats going to be a part of who i am and is already starting to be,... i know daniela is a good kind-hearted person so i tried to not let it bother me, but i did want to state my claim about my opinion on it,...
