now that the prices are starting to drop i think it's time for me to get into the new gen!
so can i ask for advice on the ps3 v 360 war? or does it need a new thread?! :/
i'm leaning towards the ps with so many more releases, but the few box ones are quality, and xbox live rawks.
the lappie and the ps2's too old for new games these days, but sadly enough I'm still playing the classics on em. i've had the xbox and the ps2 and i'm pretty sure i got more use out of the ps because so many more games were available. but again, xbox live really was crazysexyfuntimes. that plug n play headset, wireless action made it all too easy.
i'm mosty keen on uncharted and assassins, and am hanging out for a new baldurs gate and gran turismo (if they're coming)
your thoughts?

supreme commander is coming to the 360, so i'd choose the 360 ;) but otherwise, id just get the system that has the most games you wanna play.
just found some nice config files so i can get crysis to be looking the bestest it possibly can, without DX10. can't wait to try it out tnite :) |

well i finally finished stalker like two weeks ago. the stint at the power plant is short (and pretty crappy too) as hell :( and they done a really good job of recreating pripyat, that couldn't have been better, but the gameplay in that area could've been better.
cod4 done a better job for gameplay. |

i liked the end though with all the factions racing towards the centre. that was cool. but yeah, the polish on the game is certainly much lower than CoD, bioshock or crysis. still a pretty good effort from the russians. |

| Finished KOTOR last night. Epic! One of the best games I have ever played in my life and I will enjoy playing it again later on down the track. Next time I'm just going to be the biggest wanker around and tell everyone to off. Dark side powa! |

hahahaha. yeah, i always play the side of evil. more freedom in doing what you will. play KOTOR 2 now! though people like philby say its crap and too similar to 1, but i ing loved it (i never played the first one so maybe that's why). |

i never said it was crap, i just thought the story wasn't as good, and the endings, i didn't feel like i had as much of a sense of purpose going through it. its still a great game though. whirlwind + force storm + force crush for dark siders ftw!! |
