Crysis

Had that not happened, this could have been one of the best games ever!
Err...anyway. I have to say that I am very very impressed by this game. I thought it would be all about graphics but I'm glad to say that it has a great story and plays very well. Sure the vehicles are a pain to drive but you get used to them.
The AI was very good and I really enjoyed playing against them.
Stealth all the way as well, just couldn't stop using the cloak suit.
Dynamic weapon modding is great. So simple yet so effective.
I'm quite impressed by how good the graphics are even on low. I started on medium but had to turn most things down to low towards the end (especially in the ice level) but they were great regardless. Definitely going to replay this again when I have a PC that can run it at max everything at 1920x1200 so I can see all the amazing extra stuff I missed out on.
Cannot wait for Crysis 2, should be insane!
EDIT - I can't help but feel kind of sad at blasting though games (3 days for this one) but my time is precious so why not :P |

Haha na, I just type in my express service code and it pops up everything about my pc and what I need :D |

Maybe because I can actually max CoD4 but if you can max Crysis, Crysis is by far the best looking game ever.
Yea I ordered both of them at the same time but CoD4 was out of stock so they sent me Crysis first. Works better when it's staggered as I finished Crysis today (in 3 days) and CoD4 is meant to arrive today. I hope it gets here as I've got the night off :D The sad thing is that I might finish CoD4 in one day :( Oh well, will beef the difficulty up to max as I always do with CoD and hope it lasts longer.
Keen to get into MP too. I was about to go play Crysis MP but the patch is 135mb so I'll get that in off-peak tonight. No doubt I'll be playing lots of CoD4 MP when uni starts again. My mates and I always skip lectures to go play CoD2 lol! |

cod4 looks better to me (Although I didn't play crysis it at max). I know other people that can play it at max, and they agree cod4 looks better. |
