just started playing baldurs gate dark alliance: 1&2 again. brilliant! love the old hacknslash rpg's
both pretty much the same, it's just like you get to play it for longer when you're done with the first.. mad!
never did finish kotor, what's wrong with me? must do list amended |

i never said it was crap, i just thought the story wasn't as good, and the endings, i didn't feel like i had as much of a sense of purpose going through it. its still a great game though. whirlwind + force storm + force crush for dark siders ftw!! |

It got fairly easy in the last 3rd of the game though as the force powers just become unstoppable. Seriously, by myself I could take out any number of people with ease. Combine that with any other two Jedi and groups of people would be dead before they even touched us. Force whirlwind + stasis = win.
Oh and droids....ing weak. Destroy droids is the most useful power by far, especially in the final battle against Malak. Just took out his pods and then threw about 12 thermal detonators towards him.
Waiting on CoD4 and Crysis to arrive now, but really tempted to sub for a month to Eve Online for some reason....:nervous:
Might go and buy Splinter Cell - Double Agent too.
Oh yea, gotta finish NWN2 while I've got the time. |

that's just heresy! :p
when i felt i was coming to the end of kotor2, i played less often and more deliberately, to try and stretch out the game as long as i could :D ive never done that with an RPG before. |

I've got way too many games to get through. Speed is key though it still needs longevity. 40+ hours for a game if ing fantastic, especially with so much replay ability. I estimate I will be done with CoD4 in a few days when I get it :rolleyes:
In other news, subebd to Eve Online for 30 days to give it a proper go with some aussies. Just gotta get in their corp and hobble over to the other side of the galaxy (ouch!) to join them. |

half your luck. so few games i get excited about, i squeeze the life out whatever im playing. it took me ing ages to play thru bioshock :D i just went everywhere and examined everything in that beautiful, beautiful game.
luckily i'll have forged alliance forever to keep me entertained. ing hell, what a good game kids! |

hey do you guys have nvidia cards? and if so what drivers do you use?
ive been using the tweaks r us driver but not too sure about them recently.
dont really know heaps about drivers and stuff anyway so just thought i'd sound out what you guys use |
