i know this is obvious, but have you DL the latest radeon drivers? my flat mate was having similar problems and got the latest ati drivers and its all good now (however still not able to run everything maxed out).
im quite sad the FPS are doing less and less for me at the minute :( bring on x3:reunion & star wars: empire at war :) i reckon empire at war could well be the last game i ever buy and play til its end :(
sick have i become. old and weak. |

Damn, i really wanna start getting into the gaming scene again now cause i've got alot of spare time on my hands. I used to play UT but the disc i had got scratched and now i cant play it anymore :( Any recomendations for some good games out at the moment?

look seriously, get off this fifa thing (havent played 06 yet sorry). the pes series has always been greater than fifa. i dont care if my players sort of look like the real thing, they still dont score 4 goals from 30 yards a game.
in terms of realism and gameplay, pes is the . if you want to win the world cup with australia, you have to be really in good cause things like first touches, passing and shooting are alot more realistic |

that was me :)
i tried it agesssssss ago, the very first version that came out on pc and was dissapointed... the gameplay wasnt that good, and it's like where are the teammmms and the everything, i wanna play as my favorite teamss!! but noooo
and the player names were all lol cos they're too cheap to pay copyright and get the real deal
how's that now? (although im sure there's plenty of fix it patches for that)
although i guess the main thing is the gameplay, surely it's better than what it was |

im not sure if pes4 has the license to all the names (it hasnt got the teams that im sure of) but you can get the wolfpack megapatch or whatever which gives you all kits, flags, and commentary fixes
gameplay with pes4 is pretty good (pes3 was house) but thats what they got for trying to port it straight from the ps2. i highly recommend pes5 when it comes out, or if its out already cause the graphics and gameplay just get better and better |

| I dont know its weird... I regularly play both '06 fifa and pes 5, its the only games i play... In terms of single gameplay pes 5 takes the cake, the AI and gameplay is very realistic. When playing against others tho i tend to prefer fifa06, just has that little bit of razzamataz about it. |

it does, its just they dont have the kits and teams are still recognisable
liverpool - merseyside red
everton - merseyside blue
the update (pc) fixes everything up |
