Some information on the forthcoming Virtua Tennis 3 game for both PS3 and XBOX360..
"Sega also placed the PS3 version directly next to the Xbox 360 build allowing us to see the slight differences between the two. This was made more interesting by the fact that the two games are being developed by separate companies with AM2 working on the PS3 title and Sumo Digital developing the 360 version. Plainly put, the PS3 looked a little better with sharper textures and incredibly detailed player models. It was almost eerie when we noticed the veins sticking out in our character's forehead."
While i'm not one to do the whole fanboy thing and attack muli for the fact that he owns a 360.. the proof is in the pudding bitch ;)
Also, the console now sports a shiny silver look noticable on the front where the BluRay drive sits, and goes across..

hey i'm not disagreeing it hasn't got better graphics, but for double the price almost, it would want to!
I found it hard enough to shell out $620 for the 360, let alone $1000 for the ps3! Plus you add on all the extra and you end up spending $1500.
and yea, ps3 looks damn sexy, 360 is pretty ulgy tbh :p |

| yeah i hear what you're saying mate.. but the extra cost is justified with bluray, and inbuilt wifi. its gonna cost like an extra 3-400 dollars to make a 360 wifi enabled, and give it a hd-dvd drive, so you can sort of see where sony is coming from |

^^ yeah, but is that extra money worth a technology like bluray that hasnt even become standard? if bluray loses its battle with hd dvd its pretty worthless.
i think everything is irrelevant other than does it have a whole bunch of games you wanna play? if i want a bluray dvd player, or a cd player or a toaster, i would buy one. if i wanted a console gaming platform, id buy one of those too ;) |

| you're missing the point. bluray isnt just better because of the format, its better because the capacity relates to the data you fit onto a game disc.. you can fit more content in 50 gb than you can in 8 gb. that's the point.. |

im gonna have to kick you in the nuts arent i phil? :D yeah, i read that in the latest preview. sounds pretty cool. but by 2007 there shall be only 1 RTS that all others shall bow before :D but im def keen to check out CnC3.
company of heroes comes out in the next few weeks. should check that out too, got a few innovative differences from others of its ilk. |
