| i still don't understand why there isn't a r18 rating. this has been going on for 10 years, when duke nukem 3d came out just after the port arthur shootings. why do we even have a classification system when the governor general can just say "no" after a bunch of old women have a whinge as in the case of the marc ecko game. in the last few years i think every statistic you can dig up on the sales and use of video and computer games shows that the majority of buyers and users are over 18. hopeless. |

havent played any others but the two big ones are pro evolution soccer & winning eleven (i think theyre up to WE 9 or something).
based on reviews by IGN i would go for winning eleven. FIFA has been slowly copying them with each title they release. fifa world cup 2006 is reasonably close to WE apparently, and i thoroughly recommend it (tho im not a soccer gaming expert) :) |

i've been playing fifa 06 on the pc with a gamepad and it ing rocks.
Back onto simcity 4 now, fark I love that game but only when my city is working out i.e profitable....lol
anyone seen or played the new grand theft auto for PS2? fark i'm dying for the ps3 to be released....media centre goodness finally!:D |

ok i bought fifa 06 on playstation 2 the other day...it is suprisingly very frustrating...
i have it on semi pro difficulty, after about 7 games i have won once from a penalty shootout and scored i think 2 goals in normal play. whenever i get the ball and start moving forward the defenders instantly get it off me, yet when i am defending they all hang back and let the strikers go, whenever i am close and i press tackle i get the ball about 2 goes in 10. it is pretty annoying... :( |

philbs, im guessing the problem relates to you being crap and not the game :p just remember, just like real football- let the ball do the work. pass it around and keep possession til you see a nice opening to exploit. and keep practicing :) |

i think i'm too impatient :p
but i still don't get the tackling thing....when i press tackle i expect the player to tackle...the cpu literally runs circles around me... |

No w0rriez mangz... As it states on the site - editting is crapolla but the content of it is awethome...
Tathi gets pwned a fair few times... but to his defence he was dueling one of the best UT players in 0z... and tathi was an awethome DM player |

Yeah the editing is , i wish it would show the Weapons because it's hard for non UT players to tell how difficult some of the trick shots and jumps are unless you know the game really well. One of the best frags in the entire movie is 1:15 through where i pound slappy_dn with 4 shots to the head in three seconds with the pistol when he has the most powerful weapon in the game :p

Haha yeah, i was beating Jester a few times aswell until he pulls out his tricky bull :p I struggle with the patience required in duels because i play very agressive, but watch out when i'm playing against you in DM or TDM ;)
