About the Hotel Minerve, as it's in the Latin Quarter, it's not too far from RER B St Michel (about 10 min walking)

otherwise, you can take Metro 10 from St Michel to Cardinal Lemoine ;)
For the Eiffel Tower, back to St Michel (by foot or Metro 10), then RER C straight to Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (check the correct direction!!!).
