watch it...its been on my mind lately (due to how messed up it is :/)...it has some pretty graphic violent scenes..a la irreversible.
Casey Affleck is amazing in the role of Lou Ford. You wont be disappointed with his performance. He plays a psychopath to perfection

I saw it as soon as it came out and really enjoyed it. You're right, it is pretty F'd at times :wtf:
I just wish he'd get more roles. Seems strange that someone that good would get so little work. Next thing he's got is just some voice acting in ParaNorman.

Just saw "Sunshine". I think it firmly belongs under "ed up movies" category. They should have called it "Event Horizon 2". So, if you enjoyed "Event Horizon" - this is your movie. , it was ed up. I can't believe you posted that raped version instead of the original!
I don't think it's a 'ed up' movie at all, nor in a million years would I ever compare it to Event Horizon. They're both entirely different films.

Well, it being the trance forum and especially the c0r, I figure "raped" version would be more fitting :clown:
but yes, I like the original much better. trance version had a potential, but then went to .
As far as Sunshine vs EH:
c'mon now - it had more than it's fair share of "similarities". Don't want to go into spoilers, but it really did.
Lastly, I really had a hard time caring for any of the characters in Sunshine, especially the 'lead guy'. I think he would be better cast as a pretty boy villain than hero. Very poor casting. If anything, Chris Evans would have made a better lead.
