A paradox like that can inspire Ph.D. candidates for 1,000 years. I mean, how can you resist a psychiatrist who tells a Lesbian patient, as Hannibal did once, “There’s nothing wrong with being weird. You have no idea how weird I am”—and really means it? In the films, of course, Dr. Lecter also has the stupendous contribution of intelligence and eerie charm only Anthony Hopkins can project. By the way, God bless Valerie Coral and God damn Asa Hutchinson.

If you're into really bad/cheesy dubbing then you all need to watch MIAMI CONNECTION, on Netflix. Almost as bad/awesome as HARD GUN.

And the only reason we learned that HARD GUN was so awesomely bad is because it was in the 5 dollar DVD bin at the grocery store, and it said it had Tony Jaa in it (he is, but a really minor role, lol).

I grew up on horror movies. I agree that Blair Witch was the one that sticks out the most as scaring me. I also saw it right when it came out, after that excellent viral ad campaign, which I think contributed quite a bit to its effectiveness.
