Not many, I need to get back on the Netflix train. Saw 21 Grams (which I liked - same director as Babel) last weekend, and have Au Revoir Les Enfants at home right now.
Oh, and saw The Insider recently, which was much better than expected, mainly cause Pacino is badass. |

out of all the comedies coming out lately i actually kinda thought this one was funny.
i'm looking forward to "the hangover," a bunch of big-name funny men as usual but it looks decent. and i agree with jay, taken is bad but only because of all of the one-liners and cliches. i enjoyed it for what it was, just didn't take it too seriously. |

taken is a very very bad movie. |
True, the story and plot sucks ass...BUT
1. It has Shannon from LOST, looking hot and semi-nude.
2. Liam Neeson is a ing badass in that movie.
:p |

Have you ever seen a Spanish-language film called Innocent Voices? I know it wasn't Guatemala, but it was a really interesting Central American film. |

| No, haven't seen it but I Googled it and it looks really good. Interesting that it's set in El Salvador. Thanks for bringing it to my attention :) |

actually finding the antagonist was totally outrageous. i liked the movie in the same way i liked 300, an action flick meant to give you an adrenaline rush and nothing more. |

Some of you may be in line to recommend the critically acclaimed film from 2008, The Wrestler. Stop, please stop. That movie is a COMPLETE rip-off of 8 Mile. |
:conf: i'm not gonna claim to remember alot of 8 mile as i thought it was pretty wank, but i really don't see this. Elementary disagreement i guess.
Anyway (with imdb links):
Linha de passe
Tropa de elite
House of sand and fog

I pretended that I was Liam Neeson's character in the film and that his adversaries were various spreadsheets, formulas, and databases. It was fun. |

I personally preferred Inarittu's other movies, Amores Perros and 21 Grams. |
They're on my list too. I very rarely watch movies, whether at home or at a cinema. Perhaps three or four times a year.
Also, has Y Tu Mama Tambien been mentioned? That's a fun flick. |
