Anything involving this man:
Highlights include Casablanca (obviously), In A Lonely Place (absolutely loved this film despite one character who does nothing but recite cheap poetry), & The Big Sleep. Bogie's becoming my favorite actor :toocool: |
aw man I love old films , I just got addicted to Film noir and saw " The Maltese Falcon " with Bogie ....brilliant!!!! |

Has anyone seen Brothers? Tobey Maguire was phenomenal in it. Much-deserved Golden Globe nomination. He should have received the Oscar nod, as well.
Strong performance from Jake Gyllenhaal, as well. |

| Yeah, I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. It was poignant, but not overdone. |

| Yeah, I think they could’ve done more with it, but definitely pretty good. |

| My thoughts exactly. It was hot - but not too hot. But not too cold, either - just very lukewarm despite the moments of excitement that thankfully weren't too frequent. It was mostly just right, but not so right it was wrong, you know? |
