i'd figure to watch this last night. been meaning to watch this for awhile, but was always putting it back.
another solid mature performance by adam sandler. he needs to do more mature movies, and less of the cheesy slapstick comedy movies. I even thought the movie 'Spanglish' was all right. not the best of movies, but it's a slight upgrade over what his comedies his past 10 years.

overall, solid movie. probably one of the better 9/11 theme related movies out there. can't think of any other 9/11 theme movies other than 'the 25th hour' and 'united 93'.

people may bash this movie, and say it's terrible, but i think it's pretty good movie. i thought the fake trailer during grindhouse a couple of years ago was funny, yet fist pumping awesome, especially with cheech marin shooting people. :stongue:

wow. steven seagal is back on the big screen ..... and he plays a villian! someone is actually going to hit him! this i got to see. :stongue:

Looks good but I don't like those kind of movies, they're sooo dramatic and deep that it just makes my stomach hurt :(

Which one do you think pays more though? He pokes fun at himself about this in Funny People, my favorite movie with him.

sure he won't get as much revenue, because his regular viewers would get thrown off by his dramatic roles, but hey at least he doesn't have to pay rob schneider and david spade for looking like idiots in his movies. schneider never does a dramatic movie and all his movies suck. sandler is basically writing schneider's paychecks. as for spade, same for him. sure he had that tv show 'just shoot me', but that's about it for him.

yeah i'm psyched about them 3, but mostly about steven f'n seagal. come on. the guy never gets hit in any of his movies. if it's going to be a 1 shot kill thing, i'm going to be pissed. he needs to take a couple of licks before he goes down.
