I'm sorry, I guess while I was drunk last night I forgot how funny and tasteful it is to compare a nominee for President of the United States to a known mass murderer and enemy of the state.

Very hard to know what to make of this. But the Rocky Mountain News is reporting that local law enforcement believe they may have stumbled upon a possible Obama assassination plot. The details seem very sketchy. And they may be jumping to conclusions. But the Secret Service is now involved. |

Do you think it's the first? Or just the first large enough to warrant public attention?
:conf:
And yeah - I also enjoyed the segment on Pelosi. Convention has been full of a lot of the typical propaganda and a little too well prepared speeches, but overall inspiring. |

It's the first one that got Josh Marshall's attention at least - sniper rifle apparently found in a car during a traffic stop.

Eh, that's what it's supposed to be.
Jesse Jr. was pretty awesome though, compared to Pelosi.
Watching Howard Dean have a private conversation with Joe and Jill Biden made me really want to be in Denver for this whole thing - CSPAN really makes it out to be a party. And Jill Biden is a total MILF.
Also, no pundits on CSPAN = win. |

I enjoy MSNBC, although I like CSPAN too. I can't watch the convention though, it's seriously full of hypocrisy. It's just stupid.
I don't even like Democrats, I just hate Republicans more. Need more Greens. *sigh* |

To be honest I feel like the convention is where politics is stripped of the bull spin by the media. Especially the documentaries they run between each speaker. I'd rather listen to the speakers and watch the footage free of commentary than have Wolf Blitzer or Pat Buchanen "interpret" it for me.
Primary sources ftw.
